Today I have fallen
down some stairs hitting each of the 9 steps
with my right elbow and have broken it
(coronoidfracture of theulna). I'll have to keep
this plaster cast for 3 weeks (I'm typing with my
left hand). It doesn’t hurt but it can be very
itchy as you can see here:
