I attended holistic gym and yoga classes for many years then I developed a personal mix of exercises I have practiced for a long time. Recently I started again attending holistic gym classes.
I recorded a video of some of these exercises, in a single shot, in order to compose some music as soundtrack.
I chose Carlos Alpha tuning system played with my Alpha keyboard.
This is my first microtonal piece Using Logic Pro X, Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2 and Linplug Spectral.
