It’s a mini-album I recorded in 2011 and never released before.
Six short improvised pieces played using the same guitar and various pad sounds from Propellerheads Reason and recorded with Logic Pro.
The tonality is the same for all six pieces, an extended E minor (in 12tET).
The pieces were recorded at night hence the album’s title.
Only one piece is based on a pre-existing chord progression of a famous jazz song, that I will not disclose, all others are totally improvised.

These four pieces were recorded between the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013. I have kept them in the drawer all this time because I was not sure about their quality but in the end I quite like them so, here they are.
They were all composed at night when everybody else sleeps, hence the title.
They were all composed in the standard Western tuning system as free-form improvisations with a dream-like character.
